When the ladies from Beijos Events ask you to photograph a party, you drop everything, clear your schedule, find the cutest outfit you own and run! BUT THEN - you show up and find THE cutest Cinco de Mayo set up ever in life, ever, known to all of earth ever. I'm sorry, but if you don't adore a pink tablescape I'm just not sure we can be friends!
When I think fiesta, I usually think green, red, sombreros, tequila, taco bar, maybe a quesadilla or two, more tequila, and then tequila, but these ladies flipped fiesta on it's head and made it all about Watermelons! Starting with this watermelon margarita... yes you heard that right, watermelon margarita. Tequila... check! All served up in the most beautiful. modern, disposable and eco friendly tableware by le'entramise.
This Cinco de Mayo fiesta was nothing short of perfection! From the food, to the flowers, the pretty watermelon themed invitations, coolest placecards ever, and the most beautiful backyard... I just wanted to dive right in, and snuggle up in one of those perfect Mexican serape blankets.
I always feel like such a lucky photog when I get to work with this incredible event company, and this time was most definitely no exception. Salut!
